PDF Court Form Filler is designed so that your information stays with you. Everything you enter is processed in your own browser and never reaches me. This policy explains how that works, and your rights.
Your forms never leave your device
All PDF processing, including field detection, filling, signature placement and flattening, happens locally in your web browser. The forms you upload are not sent to me or to anyone else. There is no server that receives them, and I cannot see them. Field values saved with the Save as JSON feature are stored as a file on your own device.
Saved profiles
Saved profiles are reusable sets of field values that you name and can load into any form. They are stored only in your browser's local storage, on your own device, and never leave it. There is no account and no sign-in, and nothing is uploaded. Because a profile can contain the field values you chose to save, please take care before saving another person's personal data in a profile on a shared device. You can delete any profile from within the tool at any time, which removes it from your device.
No account and no tracking
You do not need an account to use the tool, and there is no sign-in. I do not collect your email address or any other account details, and I do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

What I hold and for how long
Because your forms and your saved profiles stay on your own device, I do not receive or hold any of your personal data. There is nothing for me to retain, and I keep no copies of your forms or profiles at any time. The data on your device is under your control, and you can delete a saved profile within the tool or clear your browser storage whenever you wish.
Your rights
As I do not hold any of your personal data, there is nothing for me to give you access to, correct, delete or port. If you have any concern about how the tool handles data, you can email me at the address above, and you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
