Terms of Use

The service

PDF Court Form Filler is a free tool for filling fillable PDF forms, including court forms. It is provided by Sarah Okafor, practising barrister in England and Wales, trading as Chambers of Sarah Okafor. It is free of charge for everyone, including litigants in person, law firms, local authorities and barristers, and processing happens locally on your device.

Not legal advice

The tool places the values you type into the form you upload. Nothing in it, and nothing on this site, is legal advice, and using it does not create a barrister-client relationship. Forms and their requirements change over time and vary by court and application. You are responsible for making sure you are using the current version of any form and for checking the rules, practice directions and orders that apply to your application.

Your responsibilities

My liability

The tool is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I accept no liability for errors or omissions in completed forms, for loss of data or confidentiality arising from your device or browser, or for any loss arising from reliance on the tool. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Saved profiles

No account is needed to use the tool, and there is no sign-in. Saved profiles are reusable sets of field values that you name; they are saved only in your browser on your own device and never leave it. You remain responsible for the security of your own device and browser. My Privacy Policy explains how saved profiles are handled.

Intellectual property

The service, its design and its code belong to Sarah Okafor. Forms you complete from your own documents are yours.

Changes and governing law

I may update the service and these terms; the current version will always be at this address. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
